- Candidate shall have the below minimum qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in UX design. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments
- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
- Creative and analytical approach
- Understanding of interaction design principles
- Knowledge of industry tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Zeplin and OmniGraffle
- Business know-how: Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences
- Candidate shall resume the below roles & responsibilities:
- Business requirement gathering and clarification
- User research (user interview, server analytics, testing of existing product, identification of pain points)
- Sketching and wireframing of the new design covering user flow, screen layout, functionality
- High-fidelity user interface (UI) design; usability testing of paper and digital prototypes
- Iterative adjustment of design to solve identified usability issues, and re-testing to verify
- Quality control of design implementation
- Usability testing of developed software
