Experience:
- SAP HCM Consultant 5+ Years Exp. HCM Lead – OM, PA, Time, Payroll
- Minimum 2- End to End Implementations
Professional Mandatory Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Business Processes
- Good understanding of functional/domain knowledge
- Experience in Implementation on SAP S4 HANA
- Researches, identifies and recommends industry best practices for solving business problems
- SAP HCM Implementation Experience: End-to-end Implementation experience in different domains .
- Should have strong competence and knowledge on OM, PA, Payroll (International) and Time & Leave Management,
- Must be proficient in handling Issues/support functions.
- Conducts user requirements gathering, blueprinting and documentation designs. Follow best practices and SAP functionality in system.
- Working with Interfaces/ Forms/Reports/Enhancements
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strong configuration hands on experience in SAP HCM.
- Sound knowledge in SAP HCM Master data and transactional activities.
- Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Support activities regard to SAP – HCM.
- Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly
- Hands on experience on SAP HCM production support and Functional Testing
- Analyze functional and technical needs and identify gaps and alternative solutions relative to existing design
- Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided.
- Ability to configure SAP HCM-OM, PA, Time, Payroll and deliver work products / packages conforming to the Client’s Standards & Requirements.
General:
- Should have good written & communication skills.
- Should be able to handle the client individually.
- Expected to have experience in Client Facing roles and proven delivery quality under tight project timelines
- Organizational Management (such as Human Capital Budgeting, Planning, Forecasting & etc.)
- Time & Attendance Management with Machine Integration (by Shifts Rosters & Projects)
